As an Associate at Silverman Theologou’s Florida office, Mr. Smith works with credit union clients to resolve commercial and consumer debt disputes. While representing the credit union clients, Mr. Smith focuses on the negotiation, resolution, and collection of consumer debt, including but not limited to filing and litigating claims throughout the State of Florida to recover funds due and owing.

Mr. Smith earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in Moon Township, PA, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, CT. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar.

Aside from his focus on Business Law during his legal education, Kyle also was President/Captain of the school’s hockey team and a participant in the University of Connecticut School of Law Asylum and Human Rights Clinic.
