As an Associate at Silverman Theologou’s Maryland office, Mr. Kearl offers expert advice to credit union clients on a wide range of issues. He specializes in negotiating, litigating and resolving commercial and consumer debt disputes, among other related matters. He is authorized to practice in Maryland and is in the process of becoming licensed in the District of Columbia.

Mr. Kearl earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biosciences from Arizona State University, and his Juris Doctorate from ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. During his law studies, Mr. Kearl clerked at the office of U.S. Representative Greg Stanton providing legislative analysis and advice on prospective legislation, managing meetings with interest groups, and preparing questions for the representative for committee meetings.
