As an Associate at Silverman Theologou, Mr. Chang supports the firm’s post-judgment department with his broad experience across various areas of law which include civil litigation, criminal law, and government. Prior to joining Silverman Theologou, Mr. Chang represented clients as a plaintiff’s attorney at his own practice, The People’s Law Firm, where he specialized in litigation strategy, tactical negotiation, and obtaining settlements for his clients.

While attending law school, Mr. Chang completed an internship for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives and as a staffer worked to further both legislative goals and high-profile communications. Additionally, Mr. Chang served as a clinical prosecutor while an intern with the Travis County District Attorney’s Office in Austin Texas, where he worked on various aspects of litigation including discovery, case preparation, and trial.

Mr. Chang is licensed to practice law in Maryland. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas-Austin School of Law.
