Felix Nnumolu is an Associate in the Maryland office of Silverman Theologou. Mr. Nnumolu advises the firm’s D.C. and Pennsylvania credit union clients on a broad range of matters, with a focus on the negotiation, litigation, and resolution of consumer and commercial debt disputes.

Before joining Silverman Theologou, Mr. Nnumolu represented veterans in disability compensation appeals before the Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims at Lieberman & Mark PLLC. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Personnel and Labor Relations Section of the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, where he handled workers’ compensation, discrimination complaints, and adverse action appeals, and served as first-chair in evidentiary hearings.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Nnumolu clerked for the Honorable Lillian H. Ransom of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and for the Honorable Lawrence V. Hill, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County.

Mr. Nnumolu earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Temple University. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania, and is proficient in Russian.
