As an Associate at Silverman Theologou’s Maryland office, Ms. Fox advises credit union clients on a wide array of legal issues. Specifically, Ms. Fox works with our credit union clients on the negotiation, litigation, and resolution of consumer debt disputes and related issues. Ms. Fox is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining Silverman Theologou as an Associate Attorney, Ms. Fox was a litigation attorney representing and advising personal injury victims in workers’ compensation and civil cases in Maryland District courts and before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission.

Ms. Fox earned her Juris Doctorate at North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham, NC where she graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the school’s Trial Advocacy Board, Women’s Law Caucus, Black Law Student Association, Juvenile and Criminal Defense Clinics. During law school, she also interned with the Virginia Beach Public Defender’s Office in Virginia Beach, VA and the Wake County Family Court in Raleigh, NC. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing at Virginia State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a Charter Member of the school’s chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.
