As Of Counsel to Silverman Theologou, Mr. Funkhouser offers guidance and support across various legal domains, creditor’s rights and commercial and consumer collections, commercial and civil litigation, government investigations, and business transactions. Mr. Funkhouser earned his undergraduate degree from Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, WV, and his juris doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law.

Mr. Funkhouser is an active member of the West Virginia State Bar, and is authorized to practice law in West Virginia, and the U.S. District Courts in West Virginia. Mr. Funkhouser is also a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 98 (Jefferson County).
