Mr. Theologou, a founding Partner and Director of Law Firm Operations at Silverman Theologou, has been practicing law since 1999 with a focus on commercial litigation, creditor’s rights including commercial and consumer collections, and construction litigation. Mr. Theologou currently oversees the firm’s daily operations.

Mr. Theologou is authorized to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. He is also licensed to practice the U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Courts in the District of Columbia, Maryland, the Eastern District of Virginia and the Southern District of West Virginia. Mr. Theologou is also an active member of the MD/DC Creditor’s Bar Association, the National Creditor’s Bar Association and the DC Superior Court’s Small Claims Working Group.

Mr. Theologou earned his undergraduate degree with Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa honors from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, and his juris doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law. He has both competed on and coached National Championship Mock Trial Teams for the University of Maryland.
