Fahad Hassan is an Associate in the California office of Silverman Theologou. Mr. Hassan advises credit union clients on a broad range of matters, with a focus on the negotiation, litigation, and resolution of consumer and commercial debt disputes. He is admitted to practice law in California.

Prior to joining Silverman Theologou, Mr. Hassan served as a Law Clerk at Richard Apodaca LLP in Ontario, California, where he gained extensive experience in civil litigation. His work included conducting legal research, drafting complaints, discovery motions, and memoranda, managing discovery requests and responses, and assisting in trial preparation.

Mr. Hassan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law, where he graduated in the top 15% of his class and received a CALI Award for Transactional Analysis. During law school, he also served as Treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA). He received his Bachelor of Science in Consumer and Business Affairs from California State University, Long Beach.
