Mr. Peralta is an Associate at Silverman Theologou’s Maryland office, specializing in a wide range of issues for our credit union clients. His focus is on negotiating, litigating, and resolving commercial and consumer debt disputes and related matters in Texas.

Mr. Peralta earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University and his Juris Decorate from South Texas College of Law Houston. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas as is a member of the Texas Bar.

Before joining Silverman Theologou, Mr. Peralta practiced Real Estate Law that encompassed an array of cases ranging from Landlord-tenant, rent-to-buy contracts, and Home Foreclosures in the Houston, Texas area.
